Follow these tips for grilling the perfect steak from our director of meat operations:
- Start with one of our Fresh to Market Angus USDA Choice Steaks, such as New York or rib eye steak.
- Consider using a dry rub–Our meat department associates will be happy to tell you all about our signature blends.
- On a pre-heated gas grill, cook your steak over high heat for two minutes to sear in
the juices.
- After searing, turn the temperature down to low and cook an additional four minutes per side for a medium-rare steak.
